Kadampa is a great place where you meet mindful, interesting and warm people, and learn the foundations of meditation and modern Buddhism. The presentation of the teachings is accessible and applicable to modern life; it has significantly transformed the way I relate to relationships and difficulties at work and in my personal life. It helped me to view the world with an open heart and through different lenses, addressing existential questions we may ask ourselves, such as the meaning of our life, what is good and evil, and what is consciousness.
