AMAZING!!!! Had to factory reset my phone to turn into insurance for a placement. Screen completely destroyed... Cox couldn't help me so I want to a UBreakifix downtown and was shocked at the employees attempt to help me. Told me to just send it in.. with all access to my personal info? No thanks. I knew there was something that could be done. So I went to another location. Super kind! Super quick! Obviously more knowledgeable! If you have any issues you must see John and Brian!!! This was the 4th time using our local ubreakifix location. They have replaced a screen on my son’s phone to less serious repairs. My recent visit was to replace the charging port on my IPhone. I pre-scheduled an appointment, McCoy reviewed my ticket and asked a couple questions. He asked me to give him a few minutes. He returned and said it was fixed and demonstrated that my phone was once again charging. No charge for the service. I am never disappointed using these guys. Good work, professional and convenient.

Really amazing work by the people here. Extra shoutout to McCoy and Brandon who helped me with my phone today. Even though they couldnt fix the problem they were kind and knowledgable about the issues and gave me amazing advice. I’d go back to them for phone issues any time. They also worked faster than anticipated and should be commended for doing such a good Job.

I went to the first store and Josh checked and found they didn't have the screen needed so he kindly called another location to ensure they had one and would be able to fix it today. He gave me all the information such as cost and when it would be ready. I went to the other store and he confirmed all that Josh told me. They actually fixed my phone quicker than I expected and the cost was less than the competitor. Will use this company again for sure! Very pleased with the finished fix!

First time needing uBreakiFix and I am very impressed with the great customer service and communication from Yosvany! The manager, Ryan, did the repairs to a cracked screen and battery replacement in record time, too! Highly recommend!!! Update: We had a completely new phone issue a couple days later and I knew exactly who I wanted to fix it. uBreakiFix really is the best!!! Thanks again for the friendly customer service and taking exceptional care of all our devices!
