Kris was an amazing help at this location! They were able to recreate an heirloom necklace I had lost in under 2 weeks. They sourced and color matched the new gemstone for approval in a similar setting. I am thrilled with the results and the service was top-notch. We had such an amazing experience at Kesslers! My now husband and I worked with Ryan to choose our wedding bands and he was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase at all. A couple of days before our wedding, he even texted us to come in and get my engagement ring and our bands cleaned. Ryan truly went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience.
