I worked with Paloma Wilder to have a custom engagement ring made, and I received absolutely world-class service. I was a little nervous and came into the process with a rough idea, and she walked me through every step. The ring is beyond beautiful, and my now fiancé loves it. Professional, talented, and easy to work with—I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and we can’t wait to get our wedding bands made by her too!

Unfortunately, I purchased 3 of the birthstone gems for my permanent bracelet and they are turning my wrist green. Very disappointing for a bracelet that I spent a lot of money on, that I was told wouldn’t turn my skin green. I had a good experience but unfortunately I feel very disappointed, misled, and scammed into spending money.

Update: I came in today to have my bracelet repaired. Everyone was so helpful, attentive and welcoming. I ended up purchasing some additional items as well. I will be coming soon for more items!!!! This place is super cute and cozy inside. I had been looking for a place to transform my current bracelet into a permanent piece as it contains my uncles ashes. The young lady (I forgot to give her name) was so patient, informative and welcoming. The jewelry in house was beautiful as well. Def a hidden gem!

Wonderful experiences! I've had both BOND bracelet and POKE piercing done and the Haley's in each of these departments are rock stars. I love my permanent bracelets - Haley was so helpful in her assistance in curating the look I wanted and was so patient when I needed some extra time deciding on which chain. I now have 3 and can't wait to add another. Haley in POKE is so, so, so, so good at this. I went in to the appointment open minded and asked Haley to provide some ideas on what to do and I am so happy with what Haley chose. I was super gung ho on adding two more ear piercings during a zappy hour. TLDR; I was a little hesitant to get my flat pierced and Haley was so kind, patient, and understanding about my worries and after a few deep breaths... I have my first flat piercing in the books! So very happy with the experiences and cannot recommend these services enough. And of course I just must mention how very gorgeous the chain and earring selections are - be ready to have a hard time deciding what to choose as there are no bad options!
