I purchased my wife’s ring at Powers Jewelers, and Lorry made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. The ring turned out even more beautiful than we imagined—she absolutely loves it! We also had a bracelet my wife previously bought from them that needed repair. Lorry and her team took care of it quickly, and it came back looking brand new. I will always recommended Powers Jewelers to my friends and family, and we’ll definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs!

First of all, Lorry is amazing and I wish I could have given her our business for our engagement ring however, some of the staff there is just classless. I dropped off a vintage Gucci Swiss made watch for a bit of water damage on a Friday (the watch was still in working condition). Took until the next Thursday to give me a phone call letting me know the watch was dry but now not in working condition. While I understand that water damage can cause issues within the watch components the way they told me (or lack there of..) was appalling. “Hi Elizabeth the watch is dry and ready to be picked up but now it doesn’t work”. When you drop off a watch in working condition and pick it up completely broken naturally you’d have some questions. We get there and the receptionist says to me “well at least it’s a cute bracelet now”. It’s not a bracelet it’s a watch. That being said, I am a woman who deeply values every piece of jewelry in her collection, including my timepieces. Naturally I expected any well respected jeweler to offer an estimate or recommend a watchmaker but it took me asking for their in house jeweler to even get that option. Just to be clear they didn’t break my watch but they just didn’t give a solution. Anyway, we ended up taking our business to my fiancés family jeweler and I am having my dream ring made. We also used a family watchmaker for the repair and he was very communicative from the minute we dropped it off. Am I upset? Yes because I do think Lorry would have ben able to make my dream a reality. However, in order for her to earn our business the entire business would have had to treat us with respect, which they did not.

Powers Jewelry is amazing! They did an excellent job resizing my husband’s wedding band, polished it and got all the scratches out. Looks brand new! The Assistant Manager Tim is friendly and super customer service oriented. Highly recommend!

I was beginning to get discouraged after getting some not so nice quotes about repairing an heirloom ring. I found Power’s by chance, and they were extremely friendly, straight forward and affordable. There was hardly a wait time and I had my ring in less than 3 days. Highly recommend them with high praise to anyone looking for repair work.

Absolutely love everything about this place! We have bought so many things from them. Engagement ring, wedding bands for him and her, earrings, a birthstone ring, and a necklace. Everything is high quality, they are not pushy on sales, and they take the time to find your perfect match that fits within your budget! We usually work with Lorry and Tim and both are hands down the best people! I just got my wedding ring and engagement ring resized, and they fit perfectly now! 🥰 I love that when we walk in customers are remembered by name more times than not! Shows the care and dedication they put into knowing their customers! Absolutely would recommend to anyone!!
