While I was in today I noticed their awards for “Top 3 Best Vets” in Kitchener from 2022-2025, & I would agree. When I was in recently, I felt like their patients were their top priority with high levels of empathy & compassion given from the staff during the tougher visits at the vet.

My only regret is that I hadn't heard about Kingsdale sooner. We were recommended to them by a friend during a very stressful situation when my dog broke a tooth. They did a fantastic job. The staff is incredibly kind, and their vets are truly professional. Best of all, they know the ins and outs of handling import and export papers, which is absolutely crucial for my traveling dog. We are so grateful to be part of the Kingsdale family now

I cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Kingsdale for the care and compassion they provided to our beloved dog, Harvey, especially in his final months. From the very beginning of his palliative journey, Dr. Montgomery and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information needed to make the best decisions for him. Dr. Montgomery was always thorough, clear, and patient in explaining all options, walking us through the pros and cons with empathy and honesty. Knowing we had such knowledgeable and compassionate support made an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. When the time came to say goodbye, the kindness and sensitivity shown by the staff were truly remarkable. They created a peaceful and comforting environment, treating Harvey with the dignity and love he deserved. Their support meant the world to our family, and we will always be grateful for the care they provided (and continue to provide for our other dog, Rocco!) They took good care of my bunnies. They can't do emergency services for them, but they made sure they were healthy and were able to neuter my male whom I thought was already taken care of previously. Luckily we found out before we ended up with a bunch of extra bunnies ;)
