Everyone at St. Francis Animal Clinic is truly wonderful. When our cat became very sick, they took exceptional care of him with so much compassion, skill, and attention. What meant just as much was how they took care of me during such an emotional and stressful time. I was a complete wreck, and every single person was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. We are so grateful for the ongoing care and genuine compassion shown by the entire team. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I had such a great experience at St. Francis with my dog, who can be pretty nervous at the vet. The staff was so gentle and patient with him, which made a huge difference. They took the time to help him feel comfortable before checking his ears, and I really appreciated the extra care and compassion they showed. We LOVE the staff at St Francis!!! Everyone has been incredibly wonderful over the past few years we've been going to them. They're true animal lovers and you can feel it. They're really great about recommending treatments while balancing an understanding that sometimes we don't have the budget for all of it right now, and also helping us prioritize what should be dealt with first. We've never felt judged in any way for what we can or can't afford. They've also never judged us about feeding raw or partial raw to our animals, which was a big relief from hearing other people's stories with different vet clinics. The peace of mind they provide knowing they have our pets' best interest at heart, their honesty about what to prioritize, and their willingness to work with you and your pets to provide the least stressful experience, is something you can't put a price tag on. Even after moving cities, we still make the trip to go to them.
The whole team is incredibly trustworthy, dedicated, caring, and professional. They’re friendly, warm, and their communication is absolutely perfect — they make every visit smooth and stress-free. The service is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality of care my pup Ivy receives is truly worth it. Highly recommended! 🐾💙
