⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Exceptional care and communication! The staff were so friendly and kind, my boys were truly looked after like family. My big chunky boy even celebrated his first birthday while boarding, complete with a birthday hat and adorable photos! Communication was fantastic, with daily updates and pictures so I never had to wonder how they were doing. It was their first time boarding (and their first time away from me) and like typical bulldog pups, they had a little tiff. Amy called me straight away, explained everything clearly, arranged a vet visit and kept me fully informed the entire time. We also used the transport service both ways, the ladies were so lovely & calm, and I could tell my boys felt completely at ease. I honestly can’t recommend Kip Brisbane highly enough. They’ll absolutely be our go-to boarding kennel from now on! 🐾🎉

Our Border Collie Bobby loves staying at Kip Brisbane. The team are always so welcoming and accommodating. Bob has a super time each visit and we love seeing how he is going via the email pupdates we receive. Highly recommend.

Jana adores her stays at Kip! The team takes wonderful care of her, making sure she gets to socialise with similar size and temperament dogs and they even keep up our training with her (Jana loves learning new tricks). When we collect her, she's excited to see us but contented and happy after her stay giving us peace of mind that she's well cared for while we're on holiday. And we always get daily updates with photos and videos so we know she's having a good holiday too! Highly recommend.

So happy with Kip Happy Stays Brisbane. The daily updates are so great. Staff are genuinely caring and kind to your pets and always accomodating. Definitely recommend. We travel an hour to use this service because we trust the care provided. :-)

I cannot recommend Kip Brisbane Pet Resort enough. This was the first boarding experience for our recently rescued greyhound. Since he has had a tricky start around people and other dogs, I was feeling a bit nervous about how he would go. From the start the staff were incredibly reassuring. The photos and videos I received each day showed how patient, warm and loving the staff were towards him. It is clear to see in all the videos and photos he was so happy and relaxed. Not only did he have a great stay he also had an opportunity to develop his confidence around other people and dogs which has gone above my expectations 😊.
