I just want to share this with people to let them know what outstanding service you get from Northside Pet Resort. I had an incident where I couldn’t get to pick up my little dog on Saturday due to my (neighbour) getting mixed up with the dates when I got home. I’ve been up in Cairns and I just want to say that when I rang and left a message and Shannon rang me back and I was able to go today and pick Miley up which was outside hours I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve used them many times they’re really into pets and they treat them like their own.

We’ve used Northside Pet Resort twice now for looking after Pickles while we’ve gone away on holidays and we’ve come back to a happy and healthy dog. We’d love to see more photos on socials but she’s not always photogenic, although she’s clearly looked after based on what we have seen when she’s cracked a smile and when we’ve returned. The team is friendly, rates are fair and the facilities look great. Having a beagle means always being worried about security but she’s not seemed to try and dig her way out; clearly good fencing. She’s not a very dog social dog with us but gets amongst the other beagles and mid-sized dogs who are there.

Our little pomeranian Teddy had his first daycare session yesterday and he had a ball. The staff were very friendly and extremely gentle with him as he was a bit nervous. We will be bringing him back for more days and possibly an overnight session if he gets used to being away from home. Love this place and would recommend to everyone

Wow! This place is fantastic under the new owners. The newly built housing is superb. They take such great care of our dogs & the staff are so caring & wonderful. These guys really are on point & they are now our first choice for doggy vacations. Thanks to the owners & staff for everything you do.
