We have been using Northshore Pet Resort (Rothwell) for a couple of years now for our small dog. The staff are so lovely and its clear when we drop him off that the staff are all very much "animal people". They are as excited to see him as he is to be there. He gets so excited when we arrive and is often too excited to even say goodbye to us :) It really gives us all peace of mind, knowing that he is so happy to be there. I also love that when I pick him up, he smells so clean and lovely, thanks to the staff bathing him before collection. HIGHLY recommend Northshore Pet Resort.

I highly recommend. Our kitty just had a week there over Christmas & the staff were so warm & welcoming. The facilities are lovely & clean & they clearly care for each of the pets with kindness. When I was checking our kitty in, a couple of dogs came who were very excited to be there, apparently repeat customers, their owner said they always get excited to visit. I knew it was a good sign. The cattery is air conditioned & had music playing. The staff encouraged us to reach out for updates whenever we wanted & promptly addressed any questions I had prior to our cat’s stay. It was his first time away & we will definitely book again. Thanks again Northshore Pet Resort Team.

I am so glad I found Northshore Pet Resort. We live inner city but am happy to drive to Rothwell as I know my two Cavoodles Gemma and Katie are so well looked after. I had recent urgent surgery and despite being booked out they made room for my babies. They were also being fussy with their food so the team went to great lengths to make sure they were fed. I am so reassured that they are in such great care. They came home yesterday after 2 weeks of wonderful care and are in good spirits. They look forward to their next stay in a few weeks for our originally postponed holiday. Thank you team for your kindness and wonderful care. 🐶 🐾

Due diligence paid off. I am so happy to have come across Northshore Pet Resort. To have read all the positive reviews suggested to me that I can leave my girl, Fyrn, in their care. The staff are so friendly and warm on arrival and departure. They are professional and caring natured. Pricing is fair and affordable. The facility is well located and easy to get to from Bruce Highway. It was suggested when I first started to make enquiries that I send Fyrn in for the day so staff can gauge her temperament and get to know her better and for future stay overs. Fyrn slept all the way home in the car and into the night, I think she really enjoyed her day at doggy daycare. It was great. I highly recommend Northshore Pet Resort. Thank you,

The team at Northshore Pet Resort were brilliant! Thank you to the entire team for all the updates and making sure our babies were well looked after during their stay. We have had Charlie and Daisy (French Bulldogs) stay multiple times and will continue to use this fantastic service moving forward.
