Kitchener Karate Academy is such a great place to learn! My son has been going for 5 years and finds so much motivation in learning new things and increasing in belt rank. I just signed my daughter up too. Such a great way to learn karate and stay fit!

We are incredibly happy with our experience at Kitchener Karate Academy. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the professionalism, experience, and dedication of Sensei Philip. He is not only highly skilled in martial arts, but also knows how to work with children in a way that builds both confidence and discipline. Over the past year, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our son, Caleb. Through the instructor’s patient guidance and well-structured classes, he has developed strong values such as discipline, perseverance, focus, and determination. What we especially appreciate is how Sensei encourage goal-setting and a positive mindset. Caleb genuinely looks forward to every class, and practicing at home comes naturally because he’s motivated by his sense of progress and achievement. We highly recommend Kitchener Karate Academy to any family looking for a martial arts program that not only teaches excellent technique but also builds character. Fantastic Dojo for development, learning and competition preparation. My son has been a student since he was 5 and following 3 years of training, his skill level is far above his age group and can be seen during the competition. Sensei is knowledgeable and absolutely knows how to work with kids

My daughter recently started training at this karate academy, and I’m thrilled with the experience so far. The training sessions are dynamic and intense, packed with high-energy drills that keep the kids fully engaged from start to finish. Even as a beginner, my daughter is motivated to push herself in each class and always comes home excited to show us what she’s learned. It’s amazing to see her genuinely enthusiastic about karate and looking forward to every session! The instructors here are extremely professional and skilled. They maintain a disciplined environment where respect, focus, and proper technique are emphasized at all times. I really appreciate how they combine high expectations with patience and encouragement, creating a space where kids work hard and have fun. In just a short time, I’ve seen my daughter’s confidence grow and her discipline improve thanks to their guidance. Overall, the experience has been incredibly engaging and positive for her. We feel very fortunate to be part of this academy and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, intense, and disciplined martial arts program for their child!
