I remember specifically saying I wanted to pay for a whole year. However they kept charging me month to month even though I specifically said I just wanted to pay for a year and was charged 647$..I could never recommend this place after that, don't come here it's terrible you're better off going to any other gym that teaches Martial arts I recommend somewhere less commercial where they care about your progress and less about your wallet. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would.
Great gym, I have been a member for a few months now and attend the kickboxing classes regularly. All of the guys are all friendly and say hi when you walk in. Shout out to my fav two kickboxing instructors coach Mike (also recently started personal training with him, amazing dude, super friendly), and coach Brandon who always makes the session enjoyable with his great attitude and mixing things up. You guys rock!
I really enjoy Knockout Fitness. The coaches are great—especially Brandon, Jose, and Alley—and everyone there is welcoming. Every class is a solid workout, and I love the added bonus of punching and kicking. Knockout fitness has really helped me with my fitness goals. Definitely recommend.
I have been going to knockout fitness for a few months now and it has been a fantastic experience. Prior to joining this gym I had begin to make lifestyle changes and dropped my weight from 360 down to 280. I felt great but my weight loss had stopped and while I was certainly feeling better I was far from where I wanted to be and my cardio was horrible. I had never done any sort of boxing or kickboxing before but decided to give it a go and found out I loved it. Since starting I have dropped another 20 pounds down to 260. This gym has helped me accomplish more than just a lower number on the scale. I feel stronger, my cardio is better then it has ever been, and I have found a new passion in kickboxing. I’m working on continuing to improve my cardio and technique for now but I’m hoping to eventually get to the place I can compete as I’ve quickly developed a love for kickboxing. Whether I ever compete or not I am thankful I found this gym as it has been a large part of me taking back control of my health. All of the employees are extremely friendly and do a great job of creating in atmosphere that is both encouraging and challenging. I really like the variety of coaches as they are all excellent and have different things they seem to emphasize. I have also started the personal training in addition to the classes and have loved it! Brandon has been my trainer and he has been phenomenal! If you are on the fence about giving this place a try just do it!
Went to this gym with the understanding that I would be signed up for one month. I even signed the paperwork so that my membership would end in 30 days. I was assured that I would be able to try the gym out before I committed. This was all a lie. I will update this review tomorrow as I will walk through the door today to try and straighten this out, as they are now trying to get money out of me for all the months that I have never gone there. I was there one time. I have a medical issue that prevented me from continuing. I would not recommend signing up at knockout fitness.
