poor customer service. I bought a good laptop from them, but ultimately changed my mind and decided it was not for me. was then told that a simple refund and return was "too much work," even after I offered to take a refund for significantly less than what the item was originally purchased for. if this situation is ever rectified, I will raise the score to reflect that reality. I hope to be privately contacted soon by management, as I am very disappointed in my experience. the item is still with me, in the same mint condition. I just want my refund.

I brought my computer to KT Electronics because it wouldn’t turn on, and they did an amazing job! They diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the battery with an original one, fixed a few other problems, and even updated my system to Windows 11 so I didn’t have to buy a new computer.
