I went to the gym last Sunday, April 26th. The regular opening time is 8:00 AM; I arrived at 9:00 AM, but the facility was completely closed. I waited for about two hours, yet the gym still did not open. I wanted to speak with a manager, but there was no one available to talk to. How can you treat customers so badly —especially when we consistently pay our monthly membership fees?

Gym is fine except they never open when they are scheduled to. Hours are 8am opening on weekends but consistently they aren't open, especially on Sunday mornings. Tried to go around 10:45am on 4/26 and they were closed.

Good gym, nice equipment, can get a lot done and not too many people. Every now and then, someone just won't show up to open the gym up. Seriously...its 10am and no one it here to open, they open ay 8am on Sundays. Insane. Edit in response: unique request? You're supposed to open at 8am. Thats not a request thats giving a damn about your customers.
