Working with Collin Sullivan at Life Time was one of the absolute highlights of my experience at the gym. I’d highly recommend him to anyone—whether you’re just joining Life Time or you’re already a member looking for a personal trainer who can truly help you level up your fitness journey. What stood out most for me was Collin’s constant positivity. He brings an energy that makes every session motivating, enjoyable, and genuinely rewarding. Training with him made a huge difference in both my progress and my mindset.
It’s OK. I really want to like this gym, but I wouldn’t recommend a membership to other women. I’ve been coming here consistently for over a year, and every time I’ve been, the male staff has left a sign in front of the women’s locker room saying “male employee inside.” Half the time there’s not even an employee in the locker room, they just leave the sign up so they can come and go as they please. It’s really uncomfortable and I wouldn’t recommend changing in the locker room unless you’re changing in a shower or in one of the changing stalls they have available, because male workers often come and go with no warning.
LA Fitness has truly become one of my favorite places to work out.My highlight of this gym is Valerie's muscle-toning class (Tuesday–Thursday & Saturday) is excellent, and her Saturday spin class is absolutely AMAZING. The energy she brings is unmatched and keeps you motivated the entire time! Shelby also teaches a great class on Mondays and throughout the week, especially for beginners. She incorporates movement in a way that feels doable but still effective. They also offer a popular Zumba class with Debbie who is Freaking awesome they even added a new yoga class, so there’s always something for everyone. Honestly, you could survive on the classes alone! The gym itself is clean, the locker rooms and bathrooms are always well kept, and the location is super convenient. Parking is easy, and I can get in and out without any problems. The front desk staff can be hit or miss, and the hours are a little funky sometimes, but overall, this is a really good gym, especially if you just want to get in, get your workout done, and get on with your day.
This LA Fitness location needs serious improvement. They often don’t open at the posted 8 AM weekend time, leaving members waiting outside, and the facility is poorly maintained. I’ve used LA Fitness in many states—this is the worst-run location I’ve seen.
I used to love this gym, but as many mentioned.. The sauna continues to be out of service. The gym closes early and opens late on Saturdays. They need to work on their management, and adding more equipment to the workout areas more kettlebells, benches etc.
