This location used to be a great spot the last few years they have went down. Bathroom not being cleaned toilet seat broke piss one seat and floors showers no hot water hardly ever tissue and paper towels heat is not working fans not working lights half the light are working a lot of guests are complaining. I am a plumber so i notice these things and I constantly ask what’s going on and they say it’s getting fixed but these issues are getting worse

I would give zero stars if I could. I went up there 3 times to cancel my membership. The first time the workers told me I was good and didn’t need to do anything else but when I realized they were still charging me I called and went up there again and yet again was told it was handled. Nobody mentioned I needed to check in or that I would get an email confirming cancellation even though I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. I would not choose this as my gym unless you want them to lie to you and take your money after you cancelled. They have no sympathy for you even though you did what you were told. Not to mention the inconvenience and time it took to go up there 3 different times to cancel again. It’s poor customer service. I should not be penalized because the workers I spoke with did not do their job and then lied about it. I’ve been a returning customer and always nice and respectful to the staff and gym so this is just super disappointing.😔👎🏼

Been there about a week. Great equipment. Their squat rack area in amazing. Love how there is so many different machines. Can't wait to try the mini Olympic pool. So far, great gym

This is one of the nicest gym I have ever been to, the new management team is incredible and super friendly and goes above and beyond to help everyone weather its workouts, form, or just any questions in general. One of the things I love most about La Fitness is they have no contracts and everything is month to month. Not a company who wants you to join for your money, they want you to join because they want to see you succeed and obtain all our goals. Always feel welcomed every single time I walk in.

I think this Esporta location is fine if you’re looking for a gym with a convenient location and don’t mind dirty and unorganized facilities. I am happy paying $10/month for my membership here, but I would not recommend this location if your membership structure costs any more. The attached photos were taken over the course of the past four months during which the turf area has gotten increasingly messier. When I ask the staff about cleaning up this area, I am met with either an attitude of extreme inconvenience or am told that this level of disarray is what I should expect on a daily basis at the gym. I generally view this cleanup opportunity as extra cardio, but I think the staff here should absolutely take more initiative either in disciplining members who contribute to this mess or cleaning up after them. I view this obstacle course as a safety hazard for the members of this location.
