Went to this gym for almost 3 years and when I was ready to freeze my account for a few months, they charged me anyway, and I had to go thru many email chains only to not get a refund. Then when I was ready to cancel, they told me I had to cancel thru the app. I went to do it that way, but the app said my cancellation was already in progress. Then I was charged AGAIN and it not cancelled. So again, many email chains later, they got the cancellation to go thru this time (fingers crossed) but would not issue a refund. So I may as well leave an honest review of the facilities. Very little machine variety, always packed, too much cardio space, and terrible operating hours. Oh and a rock climbing wall that hasn’t beeen accessible in years. Many better gyms in the area that are worth the money

Way too crowded at all hours. Gym is hot and stuffy. Locker room and showers are smelly. Bath soaps are awful. Update: it got worse. Personal trainers take up tons of room when it’s busy. Still no a/c, still stinky.

Clean, working equipment, nice helpful staff

They are not ADA accessible. Only have stairs to enter the building. No ramp or elevator to enter the building. I had to hop up the stairs and hop back down with a knee scooter today.

Unbelievably crowded, especially during the PM. Hours are restrictive on all days. The AC is a joke and never works. Climbing wall is purely for decorative purposes. So many of the machines are broken and a ton of the treadmills skip. Locker rooms are always dirty and the “clean” towels around the gym are often stained.
