I have been a client of Lauren's for about 8 years now. To say that she has changed my life would be an understatement. Prior to meeting Lauren, I had spent the majority of my adult life trying to heal from past trauma using conventional therapy, reading books, watching videos- you name it, I tried it. NOTHING "helped" me. I was seeking more than a means to recover, I truly wanted to gain knowledge and be able to move forward with the most productive, happy, meaningful life possible. Lauren has not only helped me heal the past, but she has coached me through several life changes- divorce, parenting, careers, all forms of relationships. Before Lauren, these changes, along with my past, were so overwhelming that I would become "stuck". While it may have been possible to navigate these circumstances on my own, I can only say that with Lauren's guidance, the path was so much clearer and easier! She is more than a life coach. She is truly gifted and will assist you in being the absolute best version of yourself possible. I feel transformed and empowered after every single session with Lauren. She has unleashed a person in me that I never knew existed! She is AMAZING!

In the last 6 years of working with Lauren I have healed deep life issues I never thought could be healed. I have found peace where I didn't think peace was possible. I have excelled in my business, become a better person all the way around and attracted in the love of my life. Lauren is exceptional at the work she does and will definitely get you where you want to be in your life, living your best and highest most loving version of yourself eassily, effortlessly and gracefully. I'm deeply grateful for her gifts and sharing them with us all.

Lauren has so many talents and unique approaches, its no wonder she is such a success at helping people! Repatterining and hypnosis have worked wonders for me in both my personal and work life. I have spent many years trying to better myself using traditional therapists, but that didn't seem to help me all that much. Lauren is so incredibly dedicated to her work and helping me. She has the ability to recognize and truly understand where I need to do work. In addition to her success, she is always so positive, upbeat, and such a joy to see.

Lauren is amazing! She is so gifted and talented. I have had 3 sessions with her and after each session I saw major transformations in me and my life. She is very intuitive and when she asked me what I wanted to work on, I gave her what I thought were totally separate issues. However, she quickly and easily saw the greater issue and pattern and through her techniques, was able to help me quickly and easily move through so much in such a short amount of time. Besides all that, she is simply a lovely person and being with her is a blessing. I can't say enough good things about Lauren!!

I recently participated in Lauren's Accelerated Transformation Program to work through some issues I thought I had resolved but that cropped back up unexpectedly. She did an amazing job helping me work through things, even when I was doing my best to avoid going where I needed to go. She gently guided me through to resolution and healing. I have been working with Lauren for several years on a variety of things I've been working on to better my life, and she does all her healing in such a a genuinely caring way, being firm when needed, and ultimately helping me progress to a positive, healthy place.
