Bonnie Kelly was an amazing help today. She was happy and ready to answer all my questions and finish what Tyler started the day before. Tyler too was a great help. Took all my information in a very professional manner and kept his word to communicate when he has some answer or questions for my regarding my taxes. Coming in on the 2nd of February Bonnie verified all the collected data and made sure not once but twice to confirm my account information which I had enter wrong original. That meant a lot to me because it saved us alot of headache and more work for the future. They together are a great team.
