Anna is absolutely amazing! She is such a professional and empathetic life advisor and coach. She really takes into account your mind, body and experiences and translates them into meaning and understanding. She was so great! She knew the exact root of my problem and taught me a bunch of exercises to help my journey to recovery. My first session with her, I talked about what I was struggling with and she made me go back to my past experiences to identify the beginning of the issue. She told me to address the situation from another perspective, but not to undermine my own worth and opinions. It really opened my eyes to the problem at hand and find a lot of self-reliance. On the second session, she taught me 4 meditation exercises. And I have to say that was the most relaxing experience I ever had. She explained to me what each breathing exercise meant and what it represents in term of self journey and recovery. I truly love her calm and compassionate energy. She's a fantastic woman, mother and especially a spectacular life coach. I would recommend this to anyone who is open to new experiences or simply need a new perspective in their life. 100% going back to her again for more life tips!

Before I met Anna, I was all over the place with my emotions, as I've been going through some "hormonal changes ." Anna has helped me to create a plan, while also showing me the importance of moving forward with a positive attitude. As a result, I've become more insightful and I'm also being able to access areas of my life that seemed out of balance. With Anna's support, I learned to listen to my inner voice for my day to day living, while also helping me to regain that balance in my life, as I adjust to this more positive way of looking at things.
