SCAM ALERT. I brought in 18k scrap jewelry to make ring prongs. Worker insisted it could not be melted down and I should use their in house prongs and ushered me to the technician. Come checkout time he’s disappeared and told his worker that I agreed to trade my gold in towards the work on top of paying an additional $250. Not ONCE was a trade mentioned. He was conveniently absent with my gold at end of transaction. Also this was NOT $250 worth of craftsmanship.

Avoid this place. Trust and value are so important when purchasing jewelry. And this place fails at both. I’ve purchased multiple pieces here including my engagement ring. I took a chain which was supposed to be 18k that I purchased here, to another jewelry store and it ended up being 14k. The engagement ring was white gold, which ended up rubbing off to reveal yellow gold and the diamond fell out multiple times. I’m scared to get it appraised because I’m afraid it will end up 14k like my chain. This place is terrible don’t spend your hard earned money here because there’s a strong possibility that you won’t get what you paid for

Atrocious trade in value for gold, As of today golds selling for $4040 an oz, this place offered $3200 haha. I understand running a business and making a profit some must be taken off the top, but one call after this to another jewler offered $3820.

Sold me a pendant claiming it was 18k. When I went somewhere else to upgrade it for something better, found out it was 14k. The lady will cheat you out of your money and rip you off.
