My husband and I dined at this location tonight for our anniversary and there was no wait to be seated at a booth. The music volume and lighting was turned down low which created a very pleasant atmosphere. Our waitress stopped by our table as she was delivering food to another table and asked what we wanted to drink or order for an appetizer but did not introduce herself. We did not learn her name until the bill came at the end of the meal. Her personality and professionalism was more akin to what we would expect at Golden Corral rather than a steakhouse. My husband’s drink was empty for half of our time there and when he requested A1 Sauce with his steak he was provided packets as if this were a fast food restaurant, though we did see bottles at other tables. When our steaks arrived we found they were extra rare, to the point that the center was purple, even though we requested medium rare, they could not have been more than 110 degrees coming off the grill. My husband ate it anyways but I requested mine cooked longer. The waitress brought my steak back and told me “cut it open” (yes, her exact words), and it seemed mostly the same but I kept it this time rather than sending it back a second time. There was no apology for the undercooked steaks nor any haste in any service requests. She also asked “what is this?” while vaguely gesturing at my husband’s empty cup, rather than asking him to remind her of his drink to refill. Despite this poor experience, we still left a 20% tip. My family always advocates for Texas Roadhouse, though I have always had good experiences at Longhorn in the past and would try to sway their dinner location choices. I will not be making that argument again for Longhorn. You can have either bad service or bad food and I may come back, but not both. Our waitress’s name was Chanea A.

Love this location and love Longhorn. With the prices of dining out I want to ensure the food is great and this place never disappoints. It has become a restaurant staple for me. I always get the Flo's Filet with lobster and it is always fresh and juicy! You may wait a bit to be seated, but in the downtime you can explore the shopping centers nearby as they will text when they are ready!

I love longhorn but first time at this vabeach location and wasn't a good experience sadly. Dirty booth they put me in and left standing for awhile waiting for someone to clean it, service was slow and had to ask others for things we needed, food was ok other than app was cold and so were our mashed potatoes. Hopefully it was just an off night for them and not how service is normally
