The service was awful.

Dear god, eating here is the most stressful experience I can imagine. Do you like violently loud birthday songs every five minutes? How about a disgustingly AI-sounding, corporate-knob-polishing, “Texas Roadhouse Theme Song” that plays much louder than the house music once per half hour? Oh, and you also get to enjoy seeing the poor overworked servers have to do a line dance during this time? Then this is the restaurant for you. So many customers all yelling over the music in unison while you are eating or trying to have your own conversation. Steaks were alright though. Undercooked all across the table.

Place was packed. 20 minute wait turned into 40. Loud and hard to talk to each other. Waiter was slow and did not pay attention to us at all

30 minutes to be seated. One hour to be served dinner and it was cold (simple burger and fries!) Arrived at 6:15pm. Left at 8pm. Our server seemed overwhelmed. She said this location is the busiest in Hampton Rhodes. The blame for a crappy experience rests solely on management. It is unlikely we will return.
