From the moment we walked in we were greeted at the door by the hostess. She was so welcoming and a pleasure to be with right when you walk in. Our Server Ashley was Phenomenal. When you go make sure you sit with her. She made us laugh, just a joyful spirit. The owner Chris came around to check to see how everything was and he was amazing. He gave us a little history on the move from Atlantic Ave to Great Neck Rd. This experience is definitely one I will look forward to everytime.

I went during restaurant week and the appetizer and entree were both flavorless. The she crab soup tasted like nothing and the steak only had flavor with the butter but then it was just butter tasting. If you like good food just don’t go simple as that. They do have a good bar and good service so go for drinks maybe but skip the food.

This small, cute restaurant in a strip mall initially asked if we had reservations, but luckily because it wasn’t busy we didn’t need one and we we were sat right away. However, it took a good 10-15 minutes for the server to return and take our order. Despite the small size of the place, she was handling all the tables and the small bar alone. A regular customer arrived about 10 minutes after us and she promptly brought his beer and took his order before coming to our table. The steak and meatloaf were mediocre. It seemed more of a place for wealthy individuals to enjoy wine and engage in loud conversations about themselves. If you’re seeking a quiet and romantic atmosphere, I wouldn’t recommend this place. And as for the food, there are many, many better restaurants in Hampton Roads.

Great experience here starting at the front door! I was greeted, but my seven month old baby was too! Appetizer (calamari) was a generous portion and done just right. Our main dishes were great too! The prime rib was cooked to my specification and my wife’s crab cake had plenty of crab in it (with the right amount of binding). Atmosphere and decor was great! I look forward to coming back.

Planned a family dinner here and had a decent experience. Plenty of parking, zero wait time, great host, and wonderful waiters. We even were approached by the bar manager in case we wanted to order drinks. Nice touch. Appetizers were great and most of the dinners ordered were good. The steaks we got were ok, but weren't to the level one expects at a higher end restaurant. All other food was good though. Part of the experience was interrupted by a pair of regulars that were a bit disruptive with negative comments about the food and staff. Not sure I'll come back because of this, but you never know. I recommend coming by after 7pm to ensure those regulars aren't around.
