Thomas sold my apartment with complete ease and I honestly could not fault a single part of the experience. From start to finish, the process felt seamless, calm, and incredibly well managed. Thomas delivered a truly luxury level of customer service. He was clear, responsive, and always one step ahead, which gave me total confidence throughout the sale. Nothing ever felt stressful or complicated, he made everything feel simple and effortless. Thomas at Lucas went above and beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care set him apart. If you are looking for someone who makes selling feel easy while still achieving an outstanding result, Thomas is absolutely the person to trust. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Very happy with our experiences with Lucas Real Estate for property management and subsequent sale of our property. Lynn Lum was amazing and achieved a very good result for the recent sale of our apartment. With her excellent knowledge of the inner Melbourne apartment market and her willingness to listen and provide informed advice, we felt very well supported. Lynn was so generous with her time and was always very responsive. She regularly provided informative and very helpful updates regarding the sales campaign, and was always so cheerful and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend Lynn to anyone considering selling an apartment in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs.

The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated the clear communication and professionalism throughout. We know our home is in good hands while we move on to a new chapter. A special thank you to Melissa , who was incredibly approachable, and kept us informed at every step of the way. She understands that it can be a big step to lease a home for the very first time-she made sure she got to know our needs and the nuances of our property, which made the whole experience less stressful. I feel confident as we go forward with Lucas Real Estate managing our property. I highly recommend Lucas Real Estate and especially Melissa for anyone looking to lease their place in Docklands!

Exceptional Service from Ashley Oliver. I’ve been renting through Lucas RE since February 2025, and I have to say that working with Ashley Oliver has been the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Ashley went above and beyond—even helping me complete and submit my application forms, coordinating with the landlord, and negotiating the best possible price for me. What truly sets Ashley apart is her responsiveness and professionalism. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a general question, she gets things actioned incredibly fast—often within an hour—and most issues are resolved the same day. Her communication is always clear, concise, and thoughtful, which makes everything feel simple and stress-free. Ashley is supportive, understanding, and genuinely cares about her tenants. She consistently delivers service at a level that’s rare to find in property management. I’m truly grateful for everything she has done, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Thank you, Ashley, for making my renting experience so positive and seamless. You’re an absolute gem and Lucas RE is lucky to have someone like you!
