Thank you for coming out. I wanted to share some quick feedback about the most recent cleaning. It was okay overall, but I felt the previous cleanings were a bit more thorough. For example, the team used a steam mop on the floors before, but this time it was just mopped, and the result wasn’t quite as polished. It was clean enough, just not as impressive as past visits — especially considering the price. I really appreciate the service and wanted to share this feedback to help maintain the great quality I’ve experienced before. Thank you,
