The ladies did a fantastic job cleaning my house. However, I do feel they were careless concerning two things. One, I had 7-10 I had 7-10 grains of gold I’d panned out and in a cereal bowl on the window sill above my kitchen sink. The gold was gone. One of two things, they took it, or the more likely scenario, they wiped the bowl out without looking in it first. Very disappointing. I caught them upon leaving and asked about it, but they both just stood there and gave me blank stares. Second, I had a computer screen cleaning cloth beside my computer. It is gone. Thinking they just stashed it somewhere I looked around but have not been able to locate it. I suspect they thought it was one of their cleaning cloths and took it with them. These are both very careless incidents, with a loss of around $150 in fine gold. I will pay the bill but due to the losses per their carelessness I will not be giving a tip.

I had a very good experience with Merry Maids. Showed upon time, Lupe and Pablina were friendly and businesslike. The job was throrough and I was happy with the results.

They were helpful & friendly on the phone when scheduling. The ladies arrived early/on time. Overall, they did a great job. There was a little bit of miscommunication, but we got it figured out. I would use them again.

The best cleaning service in town hands down I highly recommend them!! The Office Manager Renee was very professional, super kind and helpful with all my questions and quick to find the best deal for my home. The cleaning crew was amazing and very respectful of my home. My house was spotless and smelling amazing, i was amazed with what a great job they did. I was so happy with their work and I can say I highly recommend them and will definitely keep doing business with them. I found the perfect cleaning service for my home. What else can i say other than i was very pleased with the job they provided me and the respect they gave me, absolutely wonderful people and staff. Thank soo much Marry Maids I love the service your company has provided me and I would also like to Thank the Office Manager Renee, for being so helpful above and beyond to get this done job for me.
