I attended my nephew’s birthday party this past weekend, and we had a great experience. The seating on the bowling‑alley side was surprisingly comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax while still keeping an eye on the kids as they bowled. There was plenty of space for everyone. The entire venue was very clean, and the staff stayed attentive and helpful throughout the party. The arcade was also well‑kept and offered a nice variety of games. I can’t speak to the gift shop since we skipped it and handed our tickets to the birthday boy, but overall I highly recommend this venue for children’s birthday celebrations!
This was our first time visiting, and it’s a pretty cool experience. It’s like a Dave and Busters or Frankie’s with the arcade games, bowling, laser tag, and pool tables. The unlimited play card is easily worth the money (we paid about $12 per card). I was hoping for something a little more unique, especially since it’s literally right next to top golf, but it’s another spot to play games and grab some food/drinks. I docked a star since several of the games were not working and there are a lot of limitations with the unlimited play cards: One credit per game, limited consecutive plays, certain games restart from the beginning once you swipe again which limits how far you can progress, each game counts out tickets one at a time before you can swipe again even though you don’t earn the tickets (which wastes time), no banking credits in case you lose and want to continue right away, and a lot of blocked out games even though you don’t earn any tickets from them. After looking at the prizes, I’d definitely just stick with unlimited play. They don’t offer things like gaming consoles or high end items. Mostly candy, plush animals, and five below styles toys. The staff were friendly and they do have a couple of security guards walking around, at least at night.
This place is pretty cool but all it is at the end of the day is a glorified Dave's and Busters. Prices are okay a bit too high on certain items such as food and laser tag. I feel like more offers and specials should be made on items and be given more easy access to gain those offers and specials as you are required to download the website or buy an item at a certain price to claim the offer in addition. The staff are a bit rude with attitude and very on top of their job a bit too much on top of their job as they get easily defensive and suspicious of people who come in to just look around or check the place out. No offense I know they are doing their job but they are acting like as if they are security when they aren't. A few of the staff were very nice and bubbly answering questions with ease and being open to helping hands. The atmosphere is very clean and there's plenty of room spaced out for more games to be added. Bowling was okay prices they should do some bowling specials for some nights. I don't really respect how when u check in to purchase a game of laser tag, bowling, and fun card, etc. Anything you try and purchase on the digital screens won't tell the prices instead it automatically will ask you for ur email and phone number, all that basic information to save into the system. I understand they have the prices at the front door on a bored above the entrance when you enter but it would be nice to just have the prices also on the screen and also not immediately ask for ur information when you make a purchase. I've never seen an arcade do this style before for purchases it just seems a bit weird. I wouldn't come here personally but it is a pretty nice addition for the spot it is at and a fun place to hangout with friends or family.
Everett the GM did a wonderful job at facilitating our needs. They are still working out the kinks but it’s fun as heck. Terrence the other Manager helped me today with an offer on the app that wouldn’t work. I was a little abrasive bc he was the 3rd person I had to speak to but he made it all good. Thank you T for taking care of my family. Overall it’s cool full stop. Everyone is nice and friendly. Games fun. Beer cold.
We were greeted at the door by very friendly staff. It was nice to have someone explain the layout and how things work as first time customers. There were a variety of games and it wasn’t too crowded. The bathroom was very clean. I’m not sure about the food, bowling, or laser tag b/c I only went for the arcade games. Pretty good experience overall!
