We had a membership here and it was great. Only thing I wish is that a drink was included with food ticket, I'd be fine with just a water bottle. For the price of a membership water wouldn't hurt anyone. Speaking of food, please expand your menu. Not everyone wants pizza, chips, and slushy. Lastly for teen nights if you all decided to do them again. I highly recommend limited tickets go on sale online and have to be purchased by an adult. That was you can limit the chaos and hold adults accountable for their kids actions.

Too many rules. Go to sky zone if you want to do flips. Sky zone has more tramps and better foam pit and also a slide jump. Upsides to urban air, if you want to up pay for go carts and rock wall This could be the place and it’s also unlimited jumping. Sky zone is 90min but is cheaper.

Had my son‘s 10th birthday party here on a Sunday. Gratefully it wasn’t crowded so the kids were able to enjoy the attractions multiple times. Private room with host for 2hrs was nice and we were able to continue party outside of private room after the 2hrs so some of the kids stayed for a couple more hours with the party boy. I booked party prior to the Black Friday deal so the owner V and party coordinator Craig was nice enough to comp some of my items to adjust price for me since I had over 10 jumpers. They threw in a couple of cheese pizzas, and 5 extra jumpers at no additional cost. I do like that they have go karts and flipping bumping cars as they don’t have those 2 attractions in Winston. I do think their parties should include at least 12 jumpers instead of 10. It’s so easy to go above 10 and can get costly. They don’t allow any outside food or drinks and their pizzas, pitchers and waters are overpriced. So Im grateful that V and Craig were able to work with me. Overall good experience, all the kids and even some adults had a blast.

8/2 my son had his 6th Football themed birthday party at the Urban Air in Greensboro, Nc. The party host Tatum was a huge help. She helped me to decorate the space, she had a pleasant demeanor and personality. The hospitality manager Syniah Smith made the party reservation process a breeze. She kept in contact with me from beginning to end. Thanks so much Urban Air Greensboro for making my sons 6th Birthday a success.

There is SO much to do!!! We absolutely LOVE this place. Staff is amazing and very helpful. There are trampolines, ninja warrior areas, rock walls (not pictured), go carts (not pictured), bumper cars (some that FLIP!), a zipline, and an aerial park. There might be more but we were exhausted from all of that! Food and drinks are very reasonably priced. Memberships are WELL worth the price. We will be weekly visitors ❤️
