Purchased (2) Groupons but never any lanes available when I called to check on availability. This business SHOULD NOT be participating on the Groupon site. I asked to speak to a manager but they did not call me back. Give me back my $40.00.

i usually like coming here but whoever yall got running the front is so unprofessional. it’s not hard to have a decent sense of customer service, it’s literally your job that doesn’t take any type of practice. also you standing in the way of someone tryna pass and we’re saying excuse me over 5x and have to finally tap your shoulder and you turn around with a stank attitude and i even say thank you but you seem annoyed you work at a bowling alley. do better.

The place needs an upgrade.

Needs to be bulldozed down. Other than the pro shop the rest of the place is disgusting. They apparently have a daycare in the concession area also. Ever since Bob left it has really gone down hill.

We paid for bowling and a $20 arcade card on Groupon as a family outing. Bowling was a lot of fun, no complaints on the lanes, balls, or system. Arcade time came after bowling and the card they gave us was empty but had 200 points on it- when we complained they put money on it and took the points (no biggie, but for the hassle they should have let us keep the points, IMO) The arcade itself, however, was TRASH. 90% of the games were broken. The ones that weren't listed as broken stole our money and the workers said there was nothing they could do about it. There was trash everywhere- people left cups at games covered in cuss words, there were wrappers all over the floor, and the carpet was covered in stains. Not to mention the NASTY soda covered games. Ya'll need to step it up when it comes to cleaning and maintenance. Why even let people purchase arcade cards if you KNOW the games are all broken? I'd recommend coming here only for bowling, tbh I think they should just close down the arcade and call it a day.
