I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Malak Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, Assad treated me like a valued guest. I was just looking for the adjustment of a new rubber strap for my Longines watch, as a micro-adjustment wasn’t an option. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely caring, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed. His team helped me quickly while I waited, and we even had a great conversation about managing glucose spikes and mitigation. We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and assisted immediately by a number of friendly people. I had my center stone replaced and my rings rhodium plated and they turned out beautifully, they look brand new! I can’t recommend Malak Jewelers enough!

I would highly recommend this establishment! Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be a returning customer! The vertical necklace was once a family ring. The ring and other necklace were designed for me with exceptional suggestions, guidance and advice by Sam. He enhanced our thoughts with his knowledge tremendously!
