My fiancé and I went in to look at Gold Men’s Wedding bands. The young lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. Older lady was staring at us a little Lol. 10k Gold band size 9 was only $640, and she brought the price down to 600 without us even asking. Later realized why the price was so low. **Noticed small dents and scratches.** Overall a bit of a let down, but if small unnoticeable scratches don’t bother you than it’s fine. For Simple Men’s Wedding Bands, this place is okay if you want a good deal and aren’t worried about it being 100% authentic or brand new | We don’t have jewelry tester to check | They don’t do returns, only exchanges within 7 days. (Woman’s ring pictured below is not from there)

Avoid buying jewelry from here... purchased an engagement ring/band set from here, sales woman said if anything happens in the first 12 months to bring it back and theyll fix it, barely made it out of the store and a stone fell out of the band, took it back they repaired it.. well now 6 months later 3 stones have fallen out of the bigger ring and I'm being told unless I payed 300 extra for the 2 year warranty it will cost me almost 300 to have the stones replaced and another 75 to have the inner reinforcing band soldered back together... while purchasing the rings i also bought my 2 sons small gold chains, for the first time ever seeing this, the piece soldered onto the chain for the clasp to attach to broke... my wife is very gentle with all of her jewelry, my sons maybe not so much but you're told one thing when spending 3k then something complety different when returning for the repairs....

I had the worst experience ever at Malay Jewelers today. I purchased a pendant from them and was assured it came with a lifetime warranty. Within six months, the pendant broke in half—a highly unusual occurrence with gold jewelry. Upon returning for repairs, I was told there would be a $25 labor fee, two days go by and when I arrived to retrieve the pedant, the manager, Meansoor Hamed, stated the cost had increased to $70. When I raised my concerns about the uncommunicated increase, Meansoor response was unprofessional and disrespectful. He became noticeably agitated, made inappropriate comments, and even threatened to call security despite my composed demeanor. Any request attempts to contact a supervisor were met with excuses about their unavailability. Ultimately, I agreed to pay to expedite the process, only to be charged $75—more than initially quoted. He did reverse this discrepancy once I pointed it out, I ended up with two charges for a repair that should have been covered under warranty. The repair cost was nearly 40% of the pendant’s value. I had a horrible experience from this company and it reflects poorly on Malay Jewelers, showcasing a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency. Additionally, their website terms of service is not displayed on their website and does not mention this warranty so they can deceive customers if anything happens to the jewelry. If you want buyer protection and peace of mind go somewhere else. This company does not stand on their word or place an emphasis on customer satisfaction. They negatively reflect on the triangle town center mall and is racist establishment. I do not recommend this company at all.

I’ve purchased this White gold Miami Cuban link October 2020 & I’ve never asked for yellow gold with rhodium plating. When I first got it in the mail it was all dull & two tone an I even asked a jeweler near me he said this is wrong from them that I should’ve received what I paid for not yellow gold with white gold plating. I also contacted them about it & they said to get a polisher… I did an it didn’t even help with anything, I’ve contacted them again an told them my chain is wearing off a lot now they said send it back an well rhodium plate it again an never answered me back again.

Great place. I got my fiance a ring from here. And I asked for a custom ring and they replace the center metal piece with a diamond of my choice. The lease progressive is great payment plan to receive your ring whenever you're ready to claim it.
