I came to this physical therapy office for pain related to marathon training and spent about six months working with them, and I truly can’t say enough great things. From day one, the entire staff from the front desk to the therapists and trainers were always welcoming and professional. The office was always very flexible with accommodating to my busy schedule. The entire experience was incredibly positive, and my therapist Sergio was outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress as a runner. I never once felt rushed and Sergio always took the time to listen, explain what was going on, and adjust my plan as my training evolved. I really appreciated the balance between traditional physical therapy and more modern, evidence-based techniques. Every session felt intentional and encouraging, and I left feeling stronger and better equipped to continue training. I am so grateful for the care I received and progress I made and would highly recommend this office and any of the physical therapists to anyone in need!

I sprained my ankle playing college soccer pretty badly and it required a surgical tightening of my ligaments on both sides of my left ankle and a repair of a split tendon in the middle of my ankle. I was on crutches for about a month and then a boot for another month. Following being cleared to walk I started my PT with Dagney. She was amazing and her and Adel as well as all the staff got me back to healthy and strong in no time! I am now over 6 months post op and am back to running, lifting and am cleared for soccer as well. I would not have been able to get back to my active lifestyle without them and I am so grateful for all the work they put in to make my recovery speedy and meaningful. From the front the front desk to the exercises, I felt extremely cared for the whole way. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

I came in with long-term TMJ pain and had a great experience from start to finish. The team made me feel very comfortable and took the time to walk me through everything, so I always knew what to expect and had all of my questions answered. Zach is amazing and a true expert — he genuinely cared about how I was feeling and made a noticeable difference in my pain. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and wants to help his patients get better. The rest of the staff was great as well: friendly, professional, and supportive. I’ve noticed real improvement and would highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with TMJ or similar issues.

I’ve been coming here for about six months following shoulder surgery, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From day one, they were outstanding in helping me get back to full strength and confidence. Sergio is an exceptional physical therapist; knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire rehab process. The rest of the team is just as friendly and helpful, and the office has a great, positive environment that makes rehab something you actually look forward to. Everyone here truly knows what they’re doing, and the level of care is top-notch. If you’re looking for physical therapy in Manhattan, especially an in-network option, look no further. I highly recommend!

I had treatment here around 1-2 years ago with Sergio but wanted to come back and give a positive review. Ive had many minor injuries and nagging pains from jiu jitsu , surfing, and lifting, and the team here from Sergio to the aids always took great care of me. The treatment was thorough and they did a great job of putting my mind at ease and informing me of what level of intensity I could continue my sports. Very grateful for them and if I move back to New York I would definitely see them for any PT needs.
