This place is so hit or miss. I’ve been here when the girls working are super sweet, gave my kiddos stickers, etc., and then we’ve had other times that weren’t good; loaded a $25 gift card and when we tried to use it it had $0 on it. Tonight, we sat inside for over 20min. and the employees literally only came out as people were standing at the register, like they were hanging out in the back and watching on a camera or something, quickly disappearing after each transaction only coming back out when someone needed to check out again. Felt weird, but the ice cream is good, and the selection of games is thoughtful. Just a couple employees that aren’t very welcoming.

So glad to see this location open again. The flavor selection is usually so much better than some other yogurt places. There is a large supply of toppings to go with your favorite flavor. I was impressed today with the Banana Pudding and Strawberry. The toppings area and store are very clean and is usually not over crowded. Reinstated my Rewards App so I can start earning points again. Thank you Menchies for bringing this location back.
