Metroplex dermatology office my first visit and I was impressed with the warm welcome from the staff when registering. As I further went into my appointment, I have to say the nurse intake she was very pleasant and patient. Dr Hensley I was totally impressed with him his personality even the vibe in which he gives off. Overall I was very satisfied with my first visit.

Dr Hensley explained everything well and helped me understand how to treat my eczema to get relief. I had to call back the next day as the prescription did not go through to mail order pharmacy. Staff answered the phone, found the right person to help and got it cleared up in a few minutes. Nice not to have to go through automated phone and leave voice mail, and hope for a call back. Appreciate the great service.
