I have nothing but great things to say about Heather. Since we started meeting, I’ve maintained 10-15 pounds of weight loss and am confident I’ll meet my weight loss goals. Heather has helped me understand food consumption, energy, and eating habits instead of just how to count calories. My eating habits make sense now and are way more in control than before. Also, she makes great healthy, sensible, and tasty food recommendations and can help track things for you if necessary. I was looking for a weight loss solution but really needed a knowledgeable dietician that does not go for shaming in any way and is personable and easy to talk with. Definitely recommend her if you’re ready to talk straight about how to eat better, get and stay healthy.
