I highly recommend if you're someone not as knowledgeable or in doubt in specialized computing hardware or troubleshooting. They will diagnose the problem in a very fast manner and explain it to you in a very understanding way. Prices are lower than anywhere else in the competition and covers very competitive warranties for a very reasonable price. Very friendly environment with alot of very kind informative people. Definitely will visit again for any type of troubleshooting or builds and configurations that I will want in the future.

Recently got a lenovo legion 5 gaming laptop with also other goodies to go with and I can confidently say they got the best deals and prices out of any electronic store around, with great selection and fantastic customer service friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable 🙏🏻 I can definitely recommend anyone who's into tech or loves gaming to come here for the best equipment to have!

we came here in the evening on cyber Monday to pick up an online order. What I had expected to be a relatively quick in-and-out experience ended up being nearly two hours in the pick up line. Surely the higher-ups could have organized the items in a better way than this 💩

This was hands down the BEST store for all things technology related!! The associates are attentive, helpful and knowledgeable and they have a great ability to explain technical things in plain understandable language. Not to mention the knowledge center is truly knowledgeable! I went in initially because I was having a computer issue. After staying on the phone with tech support for my computer for almost 2 hours, they referred me to Micro Center because they provide onsite repair assistance. In less than 5 minutes, my technical assistant had my issue resolved!! Oh and did I mention that it was FREE!!!! As a small business owner, Best Buy was always one of my first stops when purchasing technical products and Geek Squad was my go-to for tech support. But not only has their service gone down over the years, but the prices for tech support has increased tremendously!! The only issue that I have is that I have to drive almost 30 minutes to get there... although they are worth the drive! But I highly recommend Micro Center for all computer, electronics, audio/ visual and technical related needs!! I'm so glad to have found this jewel moving forward!!
