Hands down the best gym in the Norfolk! Mike has been training me and my two kids and the results are amazing. He is very detailed oriented and he designs personal workouts that will push you to achieve your goals without breaking you down. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Highly recommended for all ages especially if you have young athletes.

Mike the Fitness Junkie has been around for years. I remember when he started off in a smaller gym then as years flew by, he expanded his space and and his clients. Located in Norfolk, Mike the Fitness Junkie helps provide the challenge physically and mentally to his clients. From sports / football (his specialty) conditioning for all ages to trying to get your summer, fall, winter, spring body right LOL. He loves working out and challenging his clients to be better than what they are. One of the main things that are different from Mike and a lot of other trainers is that he loves giving back to the community. So when you see him at events, don't be surprise and speak! Speaking of the community, Mike the Fitness Junkie host FREE 8am workout group sessions to community at his gym on Saturdays.
