Tristan was wonderful! She taught in a way that was easy to understand and follow, reminded everyone about proper form and safety, made it light-hearted and encouraged everyone, including the newest attendees. The studio was clean and well-kept. Every trainer that was present was so friendly and kind.
I had such a great experience in Maya’s Pilates class today. She gave clear, easy-to-follow directions, and her passion for the craft really showed in every movement she taught. On top of that, she has such a lovely, warm personality that made the whole class feel inviting and motivating.
