I appreciate how you get a pulse from every member BEFORE the class starts to help you modify movement during the sessions. I've had 2 total hip replacements in the last year and a discectomy last January, and have a few spinal/lower back conditions. I experience back pain. I've had back problems since 2016, including spinal stenosis and arthritis. My pain level was unbearable. The Drs were suggesting surgery. I decided to try Pilates and found Everlea in early 2020. Within months my pain was down 50% and now it's down about 90%! Sure, I have bad days but they are occasional and usually my fault! Everlea knows how the body is put together and always comes up with new exercises to keep it interesting. I can't recommend Everlea highly enough!
