Being part of the concierge coaching with Mind Pump has been absolutely life-changing. The trainers hold me to account, while also adapting to my needs in the moment too. For example, I had kids down with RSV meaning I couldn't train for a week, so Will adapted my training calendar to help me stay on track. I also know I won't be judged by anyone for missing a week to take care of my family. It helps not to have additional guilt put on you! The nutrition advice has been really helpful as well. Also, the guys on the podcast give such helpful advice too. In combination with the more tailored approach from the trainers, Mind Pump has allowed me to lose almost 10kg and gain strength in the gym in 3 months.

Their programming is great (adaptable, and focused on getting the best results with surprisingly less effort than you’d think).
