ABSOLUTE HEROES!!!! When I needed a last minute rental for a special event, I called the first business that popped up on Google and got a recorded message saying I could expect a callback within 48 hours. When I then called Misc. Rentals, a delightful REAL person answered the phone, set up my rental for the next day, and walked me through what to expect. When I picked up my rental, I was again met with a friendly and helpful staff person who got me taken care of quickly. The rental was in excellent condition, worked perfectly, and made our event spectacular. In the middle of one of their busiest seasons, EVERY staff person at Misc Rentals was friendly, helpful, and efficient. This will for3ever be my go to for event rentals in Austin!

Rented equipment to accommodate 32 for a holiday party at home, and Miscellaneous Rentals was superb... quick and easy to communicate with, helped me understand different pricing options + fairly priced, punctual on delivery and pickup, and just all around great people at every interaction. All materials were in great condition. Enthusiastically recommend, and I've added them to my contacts for future use!
The Misc. Rentals team is the best! From reaching out to see what supplies would work best, to how many are in inventory, and beyond. Always easy to work with, kind and quick to respond. The onsite delivery and pick-up teams are the same as the admins. Reaching out to confirm delivery location the day before and calling as they head out and arrive for pick-up. Truly a 5-star experience, thank you!!
