Unimpressed with this company. After having some annoying technical issues with the website, I finally was able to submit an online request/order for some glassware that I needed for a party. I got an automated email response saying that they would respond shortly - "typically within 4 hours". I never heard from them again. I called the toll free number several times and no one answered. This was a short-notice order (I needed it the next day), so they may not have been able to fulfill it. But they should at least respond to let me know (and they should answer their phone during business hours). FYI - I submitted the same request to American Party Rentals on Burnet. They responded and fulfilled my order.
