⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough amazing things about this gym! After my back surgery, I truly thought I’d never get back to feeling like myself again — but working with Jo, my personal trainer, has been absolutely life-changing. She’s been more instrumental in my recovery than physical therapy ever was, and I can honestly say my life wouldn’t be the same without her expertise, support, and encouragement. The owner, Kevin, is also fantastic — he genuinely cares about the members and always has thoughtful recommendations. Their in-house dietician, Lauren, has completely reshaped my relationship with food in the best way possible, helping me find balance and confidence again. And I can’t forget Hannah, their incredible massage therapist, who has helped realign my spine and relieve pain I thought I’d be living with forever. Her work has been the missing piece in my recovery. This isn’t just a gym — it’s a place where you feel supported in every aspect of your health. I’m so grateful I found it!
