I needed a water softener and RO system for my new home. After shopping around and getting a couple quotes, I decided to go with Mr. Plumber. From start to finish the service was professional, efficient, educational, and a good value. Brett and Brian were excellent!

Super easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to come out and quickly diagnose the issue and fix all in the same trip. Bryce did a fantastic job. Will be using again for any plumbing needs!

We have been Williams customers for over a decade and a half. On each occasion where there could be some doubt about where a difference in where responsibility might be questioned Williams has always been true to there word.. This is why we chose Mr Plumber to tackle a problem that we were having with our sewer pipe. A couple of proposals were presented as to what we could do and supervisor Scott Steepleton clearly explained what to expect from what we could expect. Once a decision was made and a timeline established the work was started on schedule. The lead foreman assigned to the job was a dream to work with in every way tackling a number of hiccups along the way with grace and dignity. I’m speaking of Matt Weaver along with his crew. Because of the hiccups it took twice as long to complete the job making us question if the end price would change. Once completed we were presented the same price as was originally quoted and for that we are grateful. Thank you for operating a company with integrity.

Thanks to Mason and Logan for coming out the same day to unclog our main drain and install our new toilet. They were very courteous and clean. They also had some very helpful recommendations and called Warren who came to our home within the half hour to run a camera down our lines and he sat with us and explained what was recommended and supplied us with different options and quotes. We will definitely call Mr Plumber for all of our plumbing needs.

We got our water softener installed today, it was an extremely tight area, but Brian did a fantastic job, tying it in and altogether and making it fit. Brian And his apprentice were extremely personable and extremely knowledgeable and the field. Explain everything to me impeccably and set up the machine to run as needed. Highly recommend recommended
