If I could leave no stars I would...what a terrible business model...people on the phone won't quote prices only book the appointment. There was a $95 dispatch fee for after hours but the price to unclog a shower drain was $350 so a total of $445 for a "maybe" I can unclog it...thats ridiculous and robbery and I would NEVER use them.. what a waste of my time and $95 for LESS THAN 5 minutes only not to use them since someone else had quoted me $250...what a racket and they should be able to quote prices to not waste peoples time or money!!! So disgusted! UPDATE!! after this AWFUL experience I turned to YouTube and my daughter and I watched many videos on how to unclog a tub and we took off the overflow plate, plugged it with a wet towel and used our toilet plunger and within minutes the clog was gone and NO NEED for a $445 bill!!! Try You Tube first before getting overcharged by Mr. Rooter without any guarantee that they can clear your clog, so glad we did!!!!!

Out of EIGHT companies I called these were the only people willing to come attach my stove for me! And the guy who came actually came within the time frame I was given! There have been countless events throughout my life where people come 2 hours early and I'm unprepared or 5 hours after the time frame and have gone out to dinner and missed it. That alone is worth the 5 stars, but the guy they sent me hooked up my stove, explained everything to me in a way I could understand and then when something happened he stopped and fixed it on the spot instead of opening a new case to charge again. So yeah, I signed up for the maintenance plan with them :) It was all VERY affordable so I actually had the money to do it when it was offered!

Had a plumbing emergency during the business week and they were not only quick to respond but Cade was super nice and professional. Some quick tests and we had it figured out what the problem was, which was another contractor’s mistake. He said he wasn’t out there long enough to even charge a trip fee! This is what customer service is all about. No they didn’t make money on this service call, but you bet they will be my first call whenever myself or a client has a future problem, and I will recommend them from the rooftops!

I can't say enough good about our experience. We had a very elusive plumbing problem, and they worked until they figured it out. We also had a very tight deadline for the work to be done, and they worked their schedule to accommodate our timeline. Technicians were personable and knowledgeable.

We were having problems with our well, so I contacted Mr. Rooter and someone came out that same afternoon. In the course of the repair, I spoke with several members of their service team. They explained everything that needed to be done in a clear manner and the repair was made within just a few days. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I will definitely call them again to take care of future issues.
