Fantastic real estate agent. I’ve rented with MRE for some years now (same property ) & now sadly leaving them due to sale of the property. My experience with my portfolio manager Jesse C. was awesome & exceeded my expectations. Jesse handled a very complex matter whereby I was caught between the landlord & the building management. Jesse C stepped up & handled the situation professionally well & in a timely manner. He went ‘above and beyond’ to make sure the issue was promptly addressed after months of both the owner & the building management tossing it between themselves.Jesse was awesome throughout my renting period, he has this top notch professional skills that’s so admirable, he’s is a great communicator, keeps one updated, reviews, coordinates & resolves issues proactively & is well vast in his field.
