It felt like Christmas came early for me. My 5th wheel had been unlivable for months because of propane leak worries, no hot water, and other issues. Matt truly saved the day. In less than three hours, he carefully checked everything, tested all the propane lines, and fixed my water heater. He even got me started with a full tank of propane, so I was warm right away and could finally spend the night in my 5th wheel again—I slept like a baby with no fear! If you ever need RV repairs or just want someone who can fix things and explain them clearly, Matt is the one to call. He’s a real gem in our beautiful delta community!
I called Matt about front A/C blowing warm and head unit stereo only working intermittently. He was the first mobile tech to call back right away and fit me into the schedule. Fortunately I had an extended warranty that Matt had worked with before. Once Matt had received the parts he scheduled the repairs and we are back in business! I have found my new RV repair. Matt and Devon are very professional. Al though my Coach issue was "unique"...they figured it out and fixed the problem. By far best guys I have ever deal with. They are humble, respectful, and they do very good work. These guys you would want to keep in your contacts forever.. They know what they are doing. A+++++.
Out of nowhere, the water in my travel trailer stopped working no water in the shower, sink, or washing machine. I called a few RV repair services I found on Google, but they either wanted to charge fees or set appointments. Finally, I got ahold of someone named Matt, who took the time to explain my issues and suggest a few things. He told me to change the INLET where the city water connects, and it worked! Matt saved me a ton of money. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him! Thank you
I am so extremely grateful to this guy! He was unable to meet us, because his day was already busy. But, he took the time on the phone to walk us through how to repair our motorhome ourselves. He sent us photos, told us how to stay safe, and made it a priority! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! I rarely write reviews… but he was truly great!
