I was very under the weather,I preferred to do a visit online and that just did not work so ended up calling Indigo Urgent Care mid afternoon and amazingly they got me in. They were very good. Very kind. I didn’t have to wait a long time. The doctor was understanding and I basically did my best to do what he recommended and it worked out well. I was grateful I went in after all.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the person checking you in to the doctor attending to you. I was very impressed with everyone’s demeanors. They were able to make a not-so-fun visit easy. Also, it’s very easy to book online and from what I can see, they take most insurances. Highly recommend.

This was probably the best urgent care experience I’ve had. My experience with urgent care has been horrible. It seems like I always have to wait around and the places are usually somewhat unpleasant due to the hospital/death vides. Worried about being stuck in an uncomfortable clinic with a bunch of infirmed folks I attempted to call ahead. The receptionist told me they would be busy until about 6:00 but she would send me the insurance forms right away and confirm as soon as she could. At 5:30 I got a message confirming 6:00, when I arrived just after 6:00 all I had to do is confirm a few things for insurance. Upon I arrival, I sat in the reception for about 20 minutes before going back. Once in my exam room vitals were performed immediately and pharmacy preferences confirmed. After about 15 minutes I was seen by the doctor, and about five minutes later I was given discharge papers and prescriptions. The whole appointment was about an hour and I was kept updated the whole time. As an engineer I often require more information than many think is reasonable, everyone at Indigo was well versed in their roll and more than willing to answer questions. Even at the end one of the nurses went over my prescriptions in detail and I left feeling well looked after.

It was amazing. I was really hurt and they make made me tea and Put me in a wheelchair and went above and beyond, trying to make me more comfortable. I came in as a walk-in and there was three people in front of me. It was gonna be about a three hour wait and they took my number and I was able to go back home and they called me when it was time for me to come back. Everyone on the staff were just genuinely nice people. I would recommend that place to anybody for any ailment you might have.
