I had a great experience at this PT clinic. The staff was super friendly and personable, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They really take the time to get to know you and make each visit enjoyable and productive. You can tell they all enjoy what they do. I worked mostly with Julio and a little with Elliot and would highly recommend both of them. The PT techs are all great and make doing your exercises fun!

Autumn is amazing! She is very knowledgeable which instills high confidence in her patients. Equally, if not more importantly, she is extremely empathetic toward her patients. She listens to their concerns and goes out of her way to help her patients get better. I came in with a hip issue and within only a few sessions I am almost back to normal. She is great at challenging me to continue to improve while always being very observant to make sure I am not overdoing it. She also goes above and beyond. I was having some related issues with groin numbness and she helped me work on ab workout form and intentionality. She really cares and that shows in every aspect of her care. Autumn is the best! An update. I just completed physical therapy for my hip. When I first visited RET a couple of months ago, I had serious hip pain, could not run and could not hike (which is a passion of mine). I was quickly put on a PT regimen and have been able to achieve all of my goals this summer. First and foremost, I want to thank Autumn Kidd for her extensive knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail and compassion for me as her patient. She is truly an amazing individual and physical therapy specialist. I would recommend her to anyone. I thank Kyle for the initial assessment and Julio for getting me started on a great path. I thank Alexis, Gem, Miles, and Victor for helping me along my path to recovery. What an amazing group of individuals! Thank you Anna for helping me get my scheduling set and always being so willing to help. RET feels more like a family than anything else and I find that to be an incredibly powerful mix. I love the gang at U District RET. The therapists strive to come to come up with exercises that are both fun and challenging. I can see and feel my post-surgery improvement, but sessions feel more like play time than rehab. They're also good about explaining the purpose of various exercises, which helps motivate me to do them at home. And when I say they're good about explaining, I mean everyone there, aides and therapists alike. They're all knowledgeable and eager to help. And they have great taste in music.

RET is great! The team has been so helpful getting me back to doing all the activities I love after back and neck injuries. Alexa is so knowledgeable, kind, and hilarious and I know I’ll be in good hands for my care when I’m on her schedule. The space is lively and inviting and everyone is so friendly. It makes the treatment process much more manageable! Highly recommend.

I've had a great experience here so far in my PT journey to help with some Achilles tendon problems! Everyone has been amazing and supportive, and I've noticed a huge difference in my rate of healing. The progression of exercises has felt really tailored as well. Also really appreciate the flexible scheduling, as someone who works nearby but has a fairly irregular schedule. Highly recommend!
