Pleasant, clean, efficient. But I was misdiagnosed. After a painful rash and a headache for days I was told it was an allergic reaction and given a topical cream. The next day I was still convinced it was something more. So painful, getting worse, and moving into my eye. I saw my PCP the next day. She immediately knew it was Shingles, and there was a rush for meds and protocol for ophthalmology care so my sight would not be at risk. It would have been helpful to start meds two days earlier before it got to my eye. Disappointing, and a couple more miserable days of unnecessary pain.

Each professional introduced themselves, explained their role in the process of my care and treatment, and clarified the next step. This was an outstanding urgent care experience. The facility is lovely, clean, everyone friendly and the practitioners offer services and referrals to ensure my options for additional care are noted. Knowing it is on me to wind the “next step” is important, and then stressed time is of the essence. I appreciated their thoroughnesses.

Friendly and helpful thru the whole experience, only had to wait about an hour on a Monday morning with no prior appointment scheduled. Comfortable seating in the waiting room with teas and juice drinks available. Much better than urgent cares I've been to in years past.

I was able to get seen here promptly and feel like the care was adequate. Their pricing though is outrageous and honestly feels predatory. I paid my copay and later got a bill for nearly $300 (after insurance!). All they did was administer a Covid/flu test and write me a prescription. I was with the doctor for less than 10 minutes. Absolutely insane.

Excellent Care. My son had been sick for quite a while. Suspected pneumonia and didn't have the resources to take another day off after the holidays. Easily made an appointment online. Check in process was easy and seamless. They even had juice for my son. The MA was professional and calming, thank you Rosa, and the provider, Moh, paced the exam well to get done quickly but was thorough. Without going so fast that my son didn't have time to process and understand what was happening. Overall, a great experience and we are grateful they are in our community.
