I would absolutely recommend this company for all furniture repair needs! Excellent communication for quoting, scheduling the appointment, and leading up to the appointment. And excellent service on top of that. Dimitri was my technician and he simply did a fantastic job. Incredibly thorough with his work and took the time to explain all that he had done so that I could understand the changes made and know what to do to prevent further damage to the furniture. Also gave recommendations and tips to further care for the furniture outside of what was needed for the specific repair so that it can hopefully last longer before needing future maintenance. Cannot recommend this company enough!!

I own a local moving company, and during a recent job our team accidentally scratched the finish on one of the columns of a large metal canopy bed. I called over 30 refinishing businesses with no luck—everyone told me that matching the color on metal was too difficult. Then I called Multiview Furniture Repair, and from the start, the experience was completely different. Marina answered the phone and was incredibly friendly and reassuring. She asked me to send photos and quickly followed up with a quote for a house call — under $275, which was an amazing deal. I was hoping their technician would live up to Marina’s confidence, and I’m happy to say he did! My client just called to say the touch-up was perfect and that Dimitri, the technician, was fabulous. I highly recommend Multiview Furniture Repair for their quick response, friendly service, and outstanding attention to detail.

They fixed my rocking chair seat, back to normal and reinforced it. The frame had started to break and come apart loosening the support straps and tearing the bottom cover fabric. It was put back together and checked and works perfectly. It went right back into the chair. There is a little bit of a lead time due high demand for their services. They work with individuals, and companies to repair furniture. They do a great job and have very fair prices for repairs . Their repair team has lots of experience and are easy to talk to and understand furniture probably better than you do. I would highly recommend for any furniture repairs to give them a call.

I had 8 solid oak upholstered dining chairs (>30 years) that were sorely in need of repair - years of use, drowned in a flood and over a decade in severe Chicago winters with low humidity caused the original glue to dry out and the frames to start shifting. Two of the chairs had suffered significant frame shift, enough to be potentially dangerous. For sentimental reasons, I wanted to keep these chairs. I found Multiview Furniture repair online and decided to give them a chance based on the reviews. Happy to say they did an amazing job on all 8 chairs! I am exceedingly satisfied as they took the chairs apart and reglued them perfectly. They are rock solid and will last many more decades. Marina is very professional and timelines were kept. Dimitri is a true craftsman! Highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd time we used Multiview furniture repair. Both times we are very pleased with the service. From the level of responsiveness to the quality of work and competitive pricing, all was a great experience. We are highly recommending this service to anyone looking to repair or improve the appearance of their furniture. The attached pics show one of the 6 chairs we recently refurbished with Multiview. The first job was several years back for a chair backing that broke completely across the back board. The repair was strong and seamless. All and all very pleased with this service.
